Terms of Service

These terms describe the simple rules for using TextWhisper to organize, share, practise, and communicate around creative material.

Using TextWhisper

Use TextWhisper lawfully, respectfully, and only for legitimate collaborative and creative purposes. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access accounts, groups, or content without permission.

Accounts and groups

You are responsible for the account information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure. Group owners and administrators may manage members, roles, invitations, and access to group material.

Content and rights

You keep ownership of content you upload or share. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for that content and for using it lawfully. TextWhisper does not claim ownership of user content, but needs permission to store, process, display, and deliver it as required to provide the service and to the users you authorize.

Invitations and sharing

Invitation links, QR codes, and group sharing should be sent only to intended recipients. Access depends on the permissions set by the relevant group owner or administrator.

Third-party services

TextWhisper may use third-party services for login, file import, email, storage, and other supporting functions. Those services may have their own terms, and you are responsible for following them when you use an integration.

Basic NDA

Where required, use of TextWhisper also requires agreement to the Basic NDA v1.

Availability and access

TextWhisper may change, maintain, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for operation, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or changes to supporting services. The service is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. The latest version published on this page applies from its publication date.
